The house is surrounded by its own mature gardens and has a bubbling brook flowing through the grounds which guests are welcome to enjoy. Guests can choose from 3 elegant, stylish ensuite double/twin bedrooms, all including high quality fabrics and furnishings. Each bedroom has a hospitality tray, bottled water, hairdryer, free WiFi and a Freeview TV with DVD player. The ensuite bathrooms have a bath and/or shower with heated towel rail, luxurious soft towels, bath robes and complimentary Scottish Fine Soap Sea Kelp toiletries.
Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the garden and features the finest locally sourced ingredients. Your hostess makes her own muffins, granola, pancakes, fruit bread and preserves. The cooked breakfast menu includes vegetarian options and smoked salmon with creamy scrambled egg, as well as the full Scottish including eggs, bacon, pork sausage, black pudding, haggis, mushrooms, roasted tomato and homemade potato scone.

Discover the delights of the pretty town of Pitlochry including its Festival Theatre, and Dam & Visitor Centre, as well as many excellent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling locally around Pitlochry and Perthshire. Pitlochry Golf Course has stunning views down the Tummel Valley.
Distilleries nearby include Blair Athol and Edradour. Historic sights in the area include Blair Castle (seat of the Dukes and Earls of Atholl), Castle Menzies and Scone Palace (once the crowning place of Scottish kings and home of the Stone of Destiny). Keen gardeners will enjoy Bolfracks Garden, Cluny Gardens and Hercules Garden at Blair Castle, as well as the many floral displays around Pitlochry itself.
If exploring by car, you can visit Balmoral Castle in a day or head into Angus to see Glamis Castle (childhood home of H.M. Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother). St Andrews is another popular excursion for the day. Pitlochry is conveniently situated on the main Highland railway line between Edinburgh and Inverness.
