Guests can choose from 2 light and airy ensuite bedrooms with a choice of bath or shower. Each bedroom includes LCD TV with DVD/CD player, hairdryer, digital radio alarm with iPod dock, hospitality tray complete with cafetiere, fresh milk and homemade shortbread. The bedrooms have views of the River Tay and the nearby mountains. The ensuite bathrooms have luxurious soft towels and bathrobes, with toiletries by Scottish Fine Soaps. Room One has a walk-in shower. Room Two has a bath with a shower.
Breakfast is taken in the dining room where you can enjoy panoramic views whilst savouring homemade bread and locally sourced produce. Free range eggs come from hens at Brae House. You can also enjoy Dunkeld Smoked Salmon, fruit from Mains of Murthly farm in Aberfeldy and meat from McDonald Butchers of Pitlochry. If you prefer to eat in your room, a continental breakfast can be arranged for you.

The property is set in an elevated position, with panoramic views over the River Tay and the mountains beyond. It provides a luxurious and peaceful base in which to unwind and explore scenic Perthshire, the Trossachs as well as the rest of Central Scotland. Loch Tay, Kenmore, Pitlochry and Dunkeld are all just a short drive away. Many lovely walks nearby include the famous Birks of Aberfeldy. Golf, fishing, cycling and watersports are all available locally.
Nearby places to visit include the Aberfeldy Watermill and Dewar's Aberfeldy Distillery. Foodies will enjoy The Highland Chocolatier and the local Farmers' Market, while the House of Bruar is another popular place to shop. Natural wonders include the Fortingall Yew, Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve and Schiehallion (1,083 metres high). Historic sites such as Castle Menzies and The Scottish Crannog Centre are also nearby.
